Edna Canning-Park is a media relations and public outreach director with S+C. She is a strategic communications professional with deep experience working across a broad range of communication platforms and topics to elevate corporate brands, employee engagement and public image.

Edna joins us from global commercial real estate firm Cushman & Wakefield where she led the corporate communication strategies for the Canadian business, including developing tailored, audience-specific, C-suite messaging and internal communications, public relations, as well as creation of digital and social media content. During her 12-year tenure at the firm, she directly supported the Chief Executive Officer and Canadian executive team, providing communication counsel on a wide scope of topics, issues management, employee communications and programs. A proven leader who delivers high-impact results, Edna significantly increased media coverage of the firm in top tier publications and outlets across the country and elevated employee relations through precise, consistent, and relevant communications under her purview. She also was involved in several corporate initiatives, including acquisitions and large-scale projects requiring change management.

Edna holds an Honors B.A in English and Mass Communications from York University in Toronto, Canada.
